Pear Tree is one of four cottages that have been restored to provide modern conveniences whilst retaining all the charm of a typical French farmhouse.
Leaving in lots of the original features, like
granite walls and exposed oak beams.
A perfect place for all the family to unwind,
either by the pool or under a tree with a good book and a glass of wine.

This cottage has lots of original features like an arched granite doorway and huge exposed oak beams.
The open plan lounge/ kitchen /dining area is ideal for family entertainment.
The comfortable lounge area has a log burner and some granite walls.
The well equipped kitchen area has double doors that open onto a covered veranda, this leads to the shared garden & pool area.
On the 1st floor there is a shower room and 4 bedrooms, 2 double rooms one with an en-suite, a twin - bedded room and 1 room with bunk beds.
There is a separate patio area with garden furniture, sun canopy and a BBQ.

Although we are in a quiet location, we are only
5 mins away from the village centre with its bar-tabac-restaurant-shop. And only 10 mins from Louvigne du Desert with its, shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Also nearby are attractions like Mont Saint Michel,
Water and floral parks, walking and cycle tracks,
trout fishing, horse riding, canoeing, kayaking, Châteaux, and numerous places of interest.

We are the ideal place for that weekend break,
a house-hunting trip, that romantic getaway
or that family holiday, group bookings also available, if all four cottages rented, but book early.

There really is something for everyone in this part of Brittany.

After 4pm and departure before 10am

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

A 150 deposit is required to secure your booking. A Booking Form with Terms and Conditions is available on request. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival along with the 200€ security deposit.

A 200€ security deposit is required per cottage, this will be refunded to you after you leave providing it has been left in a reasonable condition and there are no breakages.
If the cottage has not been left in a reasonable condition then 100€ will be deducted to cover costs.

Prices exclude Bank Holidays, Xmas & New Year.
