Ideal for that family holiday. A really bright typically French cottage with all the comforts of home. Large safe gardens for the children with a heated pool and 14 ft trampoline in the orchard. Parents can relax while the children play safe.

Plum Tree is one of four cottages that have been restored to provide modern conveniences whilst retaining all the charm of a typical French farmhouse.
Leaving in lots of the original features, like
granite walls and exposed oak beams.
A perfect place for all the family to unwind,
either by the pool or under a tree with a good book and a glass of wine.

Plum Tree Cottage - The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge/ kitchen /dining area, so Mum doesn't feel left out of the holiday and stuck in the kitchen.
The comfortable lounge/ dining area has a log burner, some granite walls and exposed oak beams.
The well equipped kitchen area has a door leading to a covered veranda.
On the 1st floor there is a shower room and 2 bedrooms, a large double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds both with granite walls and exposed oak beams.
The bedrooms and shower room have heating for the cooler months.
There is a separate patio with garden furniture, sun canopy and a BBQ.

La Basse Rouerie is a traditional Breton farmhouse and Longere that dates back 600 years in parts.
It has two and a half acres of gardens with open views over undulating farmland.

The communal patio area has a brick BBQ, the ideal place for parents to get to know one another, while the kids play. We have had many an enjoyable evening with a BBQ and a few drinks.

The heated above ground pool is made of teak to fit in with the surroundings in the orchard. The pool is open from May - September.

The gardens are the ideal place to either relax by the pool, have a picnic under a tree, or just sit and read a good book while sipping a glass a wine.

There is a 14 ft trampoline with safety nets, badminton net, swings, boules pit, swing ball, football net, and basketball net in the gardens, along with numerous games.
In the covered veranda area there is table soccer and a darts board.
The gardens are large and safe enough for children to play.

Just down the lane there is an 18 km Patrimoine walk through lovely countryside.

Although we are in a quiet location, we are only
5 mins away from the village centre with its bar-tabac-restaurant-shop. And only 10 mins from Louvigne du Desert with its, shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Also nearby are attractions like Mont Saint Michel.
Water and floral parks, walking and cycle tracks,
trout fishing, horse riding, canoeing, kayaking, Châteaux, and numerous places of interest.

We are the ideal place for that weekend break,
a house-hunting trip, that romantic getaway
or that family holiday, group bookings also available if all four cottages used, but book early.

There really is something for everyone in this part of Brittany.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

A 150€ deposit is required to secure your booking. A Booking Form with Terms and Conditions is available on request. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival along with the 200€ security deposit.

A 200€ security deposit is required per cottage, this will be refunded to you after you leave providing it has been left in a reasonable condition and there are no breakages.
If the cottage has not been left in a reasonable condition then 100€ will be deducted to cover costs.

Min stay is 3 nights except for peak times when it is 7 nights.

Prices exclude Bank Holidays, Xmas & New Year.
