La Basse Rouerie is a traditional Breton farmhouse and Longere that dates back 600 years in parts.
It has two and a half acres of gardens with open views over undulating farmland. Apple Tree is one of the four cottages that have been restored out of the Longere.
Apple Tree is a really romantic cottage full of character.
The comfortable lounge has an arched granite door and windows, exposed oak beams and huge granite inglenook fireplace with a log burner.
The well equipped kitchen has vaulted ceilings and double doors that leads to a private patio area, complete with garden furniture, sun canopy and BBQ. From there out to the shared gardens and pool area.
On the 1st floor there is a large open plan bedroom with granite walls and exposed oak beams and en-suite shower room.
The cottages is ideal for a couple to share, but there is also a sofabed in the lounge so will sleep 4 comfortably.

A booking form with conditions is avaiable on request

After 4pm departure before 10am
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
A 150€ deposit is required to secure your booking. A Booking Form with Terms and Conditions is available on request. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival along with the 200€ security deposit.
A 200€ security deposit is required per cottage, this will be refunded to you after you leave providing it has been left in a reasonable condition and there are no breakages.
If the cottage has not been left in a reasonable condition then 100€ will be deducted to cover costs.
Min stay 3 nights, 1 week during Peak times.
