Villa Lila is made up of separate luxuriously furnished bungalows all built in Southern Thai style, surrounding a private pool.

Property Details

The villa is situated in the very peaceful environment of Kamala. 700 meters from the beach and within walking distance from FantaSea(best attraction in Thailand in 2003). The wall around the complex and the beautifully kept tropical garden creates a lot of privacy for the tenants. The hilly surroundings make a great view.

The Lay-out
Villa Lila consists of 3 royal and luxuriously furnished sleeping-bungalows each fully ensuite. Two of the bungalows have a bath as well as a shower.
All the bungalows have air-conditioning, satellite TV and a fridge. The fourth bungalow has a very nice furnished living room, with plenty of sitting areas and satellite TV, a Stereo and DVD. Situated in this bungalow is the well equipped kitchen. In the fifth bungalow, with an open disposition is the dining room, with enough space to easily seat 8 people.
In the sala, witch is in the middle of a small pond full of beautiful fish, are facilities to enjoy authentic Thai massage.


Facilities
The swimming pool can be reached from out each bungalow. There are sun-beds around the pool and there is also a separate toilet. Cleaning takes place every day and the bedding is changed twice a week.

Extra Services
Personnel can be provided, to make your breakfast or a chef to teach you the secrets of the Thai cuisine or prepare a barbecue etc.
Shopping can be brought and we can also provide laundry services. Massages and Beauty treatment can also be provided. Use of Internet is also possible. We can organise excursions, and also book an evening out in FantaSea for you.

The Villa can be hired with or without car-rental. If you don't fancy driving yourself a driver can be provided.

Extra services can be arranged straight away with your original booking but also later with the local management.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Notes to the rental rates
Cancellations and Refunds: Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks - no refund. Deposit: 30% deposit - Balance 8 weeks before occupancy.
Rates include airport transfers, daily maid service. Minimum stay is 5 nights and there are discounts for long term rentals and reduced occupancy on request. Rates are applicable for a maximum of six (6) persons and a baby.
Returnable security deposit: (10.000 Baht) has to be paid to the Villa manager upon arrival.
Deposit will be held until departure, against breakages, damages and any bills for services.
