Casa Cartref is set in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Guia and has no bars or clubs by it, ensuring you have a quiet relaxing holiday. Only a few minutes walk into Guia with around 20 restaurants, supermarket,bank and wine shops. When you do want all the bars and clubs you are only 10 mins away by car or taxi from the main tourist area of Albufeira.


The Villa has 3 Bedrooms. 2 Bathrooms and a guest toilet.
1.Master Bedroom with en-suite.
2.Double Bedroom.
3.Twin Bedroom.
All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Casa Cartref is a very spacious Villa that comfortably sleeps up to 6 people.
There is a private 10 x 5 pool and a sunbathing area to relax in.
Sit on the patio for breakfast and catch the early morning sun, and in the evenings uncork a bottle of wine and relax.
The Villa is fully fitted with everything you need with the exception of beach towels.

Rental Policy

Fully refundable £250 security deposit required on all bookings to cover accidental damage and lost keys.

Arrival Times

4pm but can be flexible. Depart by 10am but can be flexible

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates are per property per week and include Air Conditioning and maid service.
Change over days Thurs & Saturday but can be flexible. Long lets available in quieter months
