The spacious sitting room/dining room has comfortable seating including a double sofa bed, TV/video and farmhouse table and chairs. There are tiled floors throughout the ground floor as well as air conditioning and central heating (for winter letting).
The open staircase leads to a double bedroom with original feature stone walling, fully fitted modern bathroom (including shower) and ‘ walk-in’ fitted dressing room.
All bed linen and towels are included in the rental and the property is cleaned prior to letting.
Rental Policy
Preferred change over days are Saturdays, but if no booking for weeks either side then can be flexible.
Arrival Times
Preferred arrival time is 1100 Hrs
