The Boldrino apartment is a historic two-bedroom apartment from the 13th century. Recently restored to its past splendour, its central location in the hill top town of Panicale means it is only steps away from restaurants, shops and bars.
Property Details
Once owned by the warlord Boldrino Paneri, little has changed on the outside of the house in the 700 years since he lived there. His coat of arms is still visible on the wall outside. Inside you will find a newly restored two-bedroom property.
From the apartments living room there is a beautiful view over the small and charming piazza, the village's 17th century church and down to the water fountain in the main square. The living room is equipped with armchairs, 1940s furniture and a large dining table that sits six. A redbrick arch that was closed off a couple of centuries ago is still visible in the wall.
On the other side of the arch is the second bedroom with two single beds and a view over the piazza. The Master bedroom, which has a double-bed, is situated at the end of the hall facing a quiet alley. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower, bathtub and washing machine. Apart from the bathroom there is also a WC. The kitchen is small but has all you need, an electric oven, four-hob gas stove and fridge freezer. This apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults.
Rental Policy
The accommodations are equipped with everything you need, including linen, towels, and kitchen utensils. The price includes hot water, gas and electricity costs. They also include cleaning prior to and after your departure, as well as all local and state taxes. . What is not included are heating costs, needed between mid November and mid April. They will be charged at the nominal rate based on consumption.

40% Deposit on receipt of contract non refundable if the booking is cancelled. The balance in cash in Euro on arrival. NB: cheques for deposit payment only. Prices discounted for stays of more than 1 week.
