A friendly family home in a carefully restored farm-house. On the edge of rolling countryside, with plenty of space inside and out.

Half an hour's easy drive from the channel port of Cherbourg in the lush green countryside of the Saire valley, Anneville is a quiet, pleasant village with a river running through it.

Nestling in its own private courtyard, no.12 is an early 19th-century farmhouse that can accommodate up to eight people.

A bakery, a bar and a butcher's shop (which doubles as a grocers) are a minute's walk from the house, and it will only take you five minutes to reach safe, pleasant beaches.

The house has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin. Upstairs there is a bathroom and separate W.C. Downstairs there is a shower-room with W.C. The sitting room has a sofa-bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer and ample cooking and eating utensils for a party of eight.

Heating is by independent electric radiators in every room. There is also a powerful wood burning stove in the kitchen/living room and an open fireplace in the sitting room.

Arrival Times

Arrive after 16:00 on the first day of your booking. Leave before 10:00 on the last day. Other times can be accommodated by arrangement.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

There is an additional security deposit of €150, refundable after your stay - subject to deductions for excessive damage or cleaning requirement. 30% of rental cost required with booking, the remainder 8 weeks before start of your stay.
