Overlooking 35 acre carp lake, beautiful country setting, perfect for relaxing holidays, Free Fishing, bird watching (we have resident nesting Barn Owls), walking or cycling holidays (bikes available to rent).

Rent just the number of rooms you require, no need to rent a full house. 1 - 4 bedrooms available. Prices given are for 1 double room. Please contact us or see our site for family prices.

Rooms include self catering faciltities, fridge, cooker, M. Wave, pots n pans etc. Price includes water, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. Baby facitlities available on request. TV/DVD, alarm clock, ceiling fan.

Rooms consist of 1 double on ground floor with en suite bathroom, 1 double with adjoining bunk room and en suite bathroom on 2nd floor and 1 quardruple containing 1 double and 2 singles on 3rd floor. This last room contains our Narnia bed. Your child can sleep inside the wardrobe!
