Our luxurious condominiums and vacation rentals are situated on 64 acres of beautifully landscaped tropical gardens within the secure estate of the internationally renowned 5-star EVASON RESORT and award winning SIX SENSES SPA.

This large unit on the third floor is less than thirty feet away from two swimming pools and has spectacular ocean views. Decorated in a beach style the unit boasts a large living room with 180 degree of sea view and palm tress, and kitchenette and three bedrooms with 2 king size beds, and one with 2 twin size beds, 2 of which is en-suite bathroom (master bedroom with Jacuzzi Tub), 1 with a standard bathroom as separate toilet and shower for general use. 2 balconies, one is furnished with table and chairs to complete the unit. This Unit has air conditioning throughout.
The room configuration as follow:
the master bedroom (king size bed with en-suite bath and large Jacuzzi)
the guest bed with 2 single beds
the second guest bed with king size bed, private bathroom and a balcony.

Rental Policy

Initial Deposit
An initial deposit of 30% for bookings in Low and High Season or 50% for bookings in Peak Season of the Condo rental together with the completed Guest Reservation Form must be received by Owner before a confirmation can be issued.

2. PAYMENT
Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received by Owner at least 30 days prior to guest arrival 0r 60 days in peak season. Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation. If you have selected items for stocking the bar and fridge you will be asked to add this cost to your final payment.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Prices inclusive all local taxes and fees. Free transport for up to 6 guests from / to the airport if minium stay 5 days. Prices are subject to change without prior notice
