Located between the Catskill and Shawangunk Mountains, Blackberry Barn's unique architecture features a beautifully preserved turn-of-the-century barn renovated into lofted living and sleeping spaces.
The Barn is a quick drive away from New Paltz, Rosendale, High Falls, Woodstock, Stone Ridge, the Mohonk Mountain Preserve and Minnewaska State Park. This beautiful area offers access to excellent outdoor activities and has many great restaurants, galleries, and shopping. The Gunks feature some of the best rock climbing in the country.
Blackberry Barn sleeps six, and is available year-round at reasonable rates.

Rental Policy
All guests registering must be 18 years of age or older. A security and reservation deposit are required.
Off-season Rates - $190/night (weekday); $240/night (weekend)
High Season Rates - $230/night (weekday); $290/night (weekend)
Weekly Rates - $950-$1500/week
Minimum nightly stay requirement of 2-3 nights may apply during certain season. For parties over 4, $25 per person per night will be added to the listed rates. Maximum allowable occupancy is limited to 6 persons.
Travelers checks, major credit cards, cashier's checks, paypal and cash are accepted.
Arrival Times
Guests may check in anytime after 3:00 PM. Check out time is 1:00 PM. We will make best attempts to accommodate earlier check-in times if at all possible. Blackberry Barn requires its guests to return Blackberry Barn to its check-in condition upon departure. Floors should be broom clean and tables wiped.
