Notes to the rental rates
Weekly Rate is for check in after 4-00 pm Friday depart the following Friday by 10-00 am Mid Week Nightly Rate is check in after 4-00 pm depart by 10-00 am (minum 2 night stay) Weekend Rate is for check in after 4-00 pm Friday depart by Sunday at 6-00pm . When booking by the weekend rate if you find you wish to extend your stay by a 3rd night you pay only the difference of the extra 3rd night rental based on the mid week rate. For example if you had booked at the weekend rate (Mid Period) and paid $750 and then choose to extend your stay a 3rd night you would only pay an additional $150.
A refundable security deposit of $500 is required with all bookings. Home is No smoking No pets
