The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has both air conditioning and heating and so can be used year round. It is part of a new and private development which includes 4 swimming pools – these are all security gated to prevent entry by non-residents and animals. It also has children's play facilities and a cafe bar with shops awaiting occupation.
The bedrooms are spacious and have fitted wardrobes, security shutters and air conditioning. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room, sleeping 2. A child's cot and high chair are also available. Bedding and towels will be supplied. The kitchen is well-fitted and includes a full oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave, with a small balcony for sitting outside
The golf courses of Benamor, Quinta da Ria and Quinta da Cima are all within 5 minutes drive with Castro Marim 20 minutes.
The apartment is 30 minutes by car from Faro Airport and 90 minutes from Seville airport.
