La Petite Maison is a recently converted cider pressoir which now provides well equipped and modern accommodation for two people looking for relaxation and peace

Property Details

It is ideally situated in the beautiful Breton countryside for exploring the historic towns and marvelous beaches.

The village of Melrand is just 2 kms away for good local shopping, bars and restaurants, whilst Pontivy, 20 minutes away is the nearest large town .

The south coast is 40 minutes and you can enjoy safe swimming, fishing and sailing at Lake Guerledan.

The accommodation comprises a mezzanine with twin beds, a through lounge very comfortably furnished including video and CD player; a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher; and a shower room with washing machine.

The patio doors open onto a wooden deck overlooking the garden and countryside and there is a hot tub…. You can feel totally relaxed at the end of the day here under the stars.

Patio furniture and BBQ are provided

Changeover day is Sauturday: departure by 10 am; arrival after 4 pm.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

A Deposit of 25% (non-refundable) is required when booking the property.
The Balance is due 6 weeks prior to commencement date.
