It is in a beautiful location surrounded by rolling hills of fields and woodland in the Montaines Noires and on the edge of the Foret de Laz and The National Park of Amorique.

The accommodation comprises on the ground floor a spacious dining room with seating for 10 persons and a well-equipped fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge, electric oven and gas hob; a utility room with washing machine, drier and freezer; very large bathroom with bath, shower attachment and double vanity unit;a separate WC; a large, comfortably furnished lounge with open fireplace, chestnut wood floor and views to the garden.

From the dining room a wooden spiral staircase leads to two attractive bedrooms, one with a double bed the other three singles. Each room is carpeted and has good storage facilities.

Off the lounge is another stairway with access to the master bedroom, its exposed timber frames and furnishings making this a very pleasant room and a second large bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Two substantial and very good quality Z-beds are available, one end of the lounge a convenient location.

Sky TV/video, children's games, barbecue and an above ground 15 ' swimming pool together with garden furniture are provided to further your enjoyment of the cottage. Central heating will ensure a comfortable out-of-season holiday.

The local village of Laz has good shopping facilities as does the larger town of Roudouallec and Chateauneuf du Faou just 6 miles distant. The ports of Roscoff and St Malo are approximately 1 hours and 21/2 hours drive respectively. Arrival Times

Changeover day is Sauturday: departure by 10 am; arrival after 4 pm.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

A Deposit of 25% (non-refundable) is required when booking the property.
The Balance is due 6 weeks prior to commencement date.
