Very clean and comfortable 1,500 sq. ft. lake house with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Large kitchen with all new appliances under 3 years old. Master bedroom on the main floor with queen size bed. 600 square foot deck and single well dock.

You will love this lake house. We just recently purchased this cottage after searching for a year. This lake house is perfect for vacationers because that's exactly what we had in mind during our search.

The single-level deck overlooking Lick Branch Cove is approximately 600 square feet. The view is awesome since the cottage is located just inside a smaller cove for calm water swimming, skiing, and recreation with a great view of the very large Lick Branch Cove. There is ample parking for as many as four cars right next to the lake house.

If you are familiar with the lake area, you know how hilly it is. This property allows for very easy access from your car. The front door to the lake house is just a couple steps away! In addition to that, getting to the lake or dock from the cottage is also no problem. There are only a few steps down to the floating single well dock. (WE CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO FIND A LAKE HOUSE WITH A FAIRLY LEVEL LOT HERE IN THE OZARKS!) The dock has a swim platform with a ladder and will fit a 30 foot boat.

There is easily enough room for two average-size families in this lake house with 1500 square feet of living space. This cottage boasts a large kitchen that is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc along with all the appliances you will need including a trash compactor and dishwasher. All appliances are newer. We even have a full-size stackable washer and dryer.

There are 3 TVs along with a DVD player and a VCR. The living room has the larger 27" TV with a DVD, VCR, CD player, Receiver and two tower speakers. We also have a hook up for your IPOD or MP3 player. One bedroom on the second floor has a full-size bed and futon. The second bedroom upstairs has two full size beds and a TV. The third bedroom upstairs has a full size bed and has a door out to a balcony over looking the lake.

The first floor bedroom in this lake house has a QUEEN size bed along with a 19" TV. The living area is off the kitchen and the kitchen dining area is on the first level. It is a very large area with plenty of comfortable seating. I'll say it again, we chose this lake house for it's vacationer-friendly attributes.

Lake of the Ozarks is a very popular tourist area with plenty of shopping within 20 minutes drive. There is a very large mall in Osage Beach with 110 factory outlet type stores. Osage Beach also has plenty of restaurants including popular chain restaurants such as Applebee's, Outback Steak House, Panera Bread, Chili's, and Bandana's among others.

There are also many more great restaurants that have been here at the lake for years. You'll find many restaurant/bars along the lakeshore by boat too. There are also places nearby that rent boats and personal watercraft (Jet-Skis - In addition to the boat dock, we also have a Jet-Ski lift). You'll find many go-cart tracks and other activities for the family including the historic Bagnell Dam area.

We will see to it that you have a wonderful time here at the lake. We live only a minute away by water and five minutes by land. If there is anything that needs to be addressed, we will do everything in our power to accommodate you.

NO GROUPS UNDER THE AGE OF 25. (SUCH AS BACHELOR / BACHELORETTE PARTIES, SENIOR TRIPS ETC.)

Please note: In the event of cancellation the half-rent payment to reserve the cottage for a specific time period is not refundable unless we are able to rent the cancelled time period to someone else. The second-half rent payment that is due two weeks prior to the scheduled vacation time period is not refundable. The damage deposit will be returned immediately upon cancellation.

Peak Rental Season: May through Sept .. $186/night .. $1,302/week. 3 day stays welcome (Except for JULY & holidays) at the rate of $210.00 per night. Off Peak Rental Season: Oct through April ..... $170/night .. $1,020/week. One Free Night if You Book a Full Week During Off Peak Season. 3 Night Minimum. Refundable $500 Damage Deposit Required 2 Weeks Prior to Arrival. Half Of The Rent to be Paid When Reservation for Lake House Rental Is Made. The Balance of the Rent, $75.00 Cleaning Fee & Damage Deposit is to be Paid 2 Weeks Prior to Arrival. We accept PAYPAL. (Please add 3% to cover transaction cost.) Must be 25! Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
