Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival date are entitled to a refund of all monies paid, minus a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 45 days or fewer prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid. Early departures are not refunded. Neither the owner nor the management company is responsible for inclement weather, beach conditions, or other forces of nature. Refunds due to inclement weather will not be refunded except in the event of mandatory hurricane evacuation. For lodgings December 15 E February 15 all monies are non-refundable upon payment. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS QUOTED FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST AND IS RECOMMENDED.

Deposit Policy

Remaining Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
