HALFMOON COTTAGE (600 sq ft) is a custom-designed and beautifully handcrafted log cabin in post & beam style, featuring cedar log accents inside & out, private outdoor hot tub nestled in the trees, antique-finish hardwood floors, double-slipper clawfoot tub (for two), a beautifully handcrafted log staircase leading up to an open bedroom loft with queen bed, and floor-to-ceiling picture windows offering great views of the wilderness rainfores. The cabin also features a large private deck with gourmet BBQ & deck chairs, full kitchen (very well equipped), dining area, leather sofa (bed), full bathroom with clawfoot tub (for two) & separate shower, cast iron fireplace, satellite tv (viewable from living/dining areas), satellite music, cd/dvd player, dvd movies, wireless internet, and more. Sleeps 4.

| Cancellation Policy * Notice of cancellation must be received in writing to \'hideaway@florenciabay.ca\'. * A refund of deposit is provided if notice of cancellation is received 30 days or more in advance of scheduled arrival date. * If notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days from scheduled arrival date, a refund of deposit is provided only if ALL secured dates are re-booked. * Non-refundable deposits cannot be applied toward future bookings. * No refund for early departures. * 30 days notice is required for date or cabin changes (based on availability). * A $50 processing fee applies for all cancellations. * Refunds are made to original credit card only. |
Deposit Policy A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically processed using the credit card on file. If you prefer to use a different card for final payment, or if current credit card expires before final payment due date, please contact us with your new information before the due date. In the event that a booking is made within 30 days of arrival 100% of the booking will be processed upon confirmation. All payments by Visa or Mastercard only (cash, cheques, Amex, Paypal, etc. not accepted). |
