Families will delight in the large pool surrounded by a spacious patio and outdoor cooking area. An expansive backyard beyond the pool courtyard contains a park-like setting graced with Live Oaks, Crepe Myrtles, palm trees, magnolias and hydrangeas and boasts another patio and outdoor brick fireplace. Live Oaks draped with Spanish Moss provide a shady setting for children at play on the outdoor play set and tree house. A hammock perched under a glorious Magnolia beckons adults to sit and relax awhile, surrounded by the scent of fragrant Confederate Jasmine. A 32-inch flat panel television with DVD, premium cable and Bose sound system provide all the deluxe media required for a relaxing setting. The luxurious limestone Master Bath includes a 6-foot jetted spa tub and expansive glass shower enclosure with dual shower heads to provide a spa-like retreat perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.
For guests on working vacations, a private office offers a quiet place to take care of business. The office has the added benefit of providing additional sleeping with an extra-long twin Murphy bed, encased in a tasteful bookcase.
Harbor Retreat is a dream for outdoor living and enjoyment. The spacious patios offer numerous options for lounging and dining. A large stainless grille is perfect for preparing outdoor feasts year round. | Cancellation Policy All notice of cancellation must be in writing. Except as provided by Travel Insurance, cancellation at any time results in forfeiture of your initial deposit. Cancellation within 60 days of your arrival results in the forfeiture of your entire deposit. Refunds are not given for Accidental Damage Insurance premiums or cancellation for any reason including: weather, travel delays and illness. There are no refunds for early departures. |
Deposit Policy A 50% advance payment of the total rental amount including taxes is due at the time you make your reservation. The remaining 50% of payment and security deposit and any other applicable taxes and fees are due 60 days prior to your arrival date. If a reservation is made within 60 days of your arrival, the full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept bank or cashier\'s checks made payable to CHARLESTON LUXURY RETREATS. Final payment and security deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival. Your final payment is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the cause of cancellation. We strongly suggest that you purchase Travel Guard travel insurance. ADDITIONAL POLICIES -Arrival: 4:00pm Departure: 10:00am -3 night minimum. (additional cleaning charges apply.) -1 week minimum during Summer Season -NO PETS ALLOWED and NO SMOKING in any of our properties. -Minimum age to lease 25 years of age. -Charleston Luxury Retreats never charges our guests a reservation fee. |
