This cottage offers one bath, two bedrooms with one queen, one double, one single, one hide-away, sleeps seven. Cottage is completely furnished including central air, microwave, flat screen and more. Located 4 mile from down town Holland, along Lake Mac and one mile to Lake Michigan shoreline fun. Are you looking for an affordable cottage, yet close to all the activites for your family? Michigan Use Tax - 6.00%

Cancellation Policy

A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Deposit Policy

An advance payment of 50% is required if your arrival date is >30 days out. Balance of rent is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If your arrival date is in <30 days then FULL PAYMENT is required. If paying via check, you have seven (7) days for the check to reach our office; otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. The reservation deposit is NOT a damage deposit. SummerPlace Resort Properties does not require a damage deposit.
