This very cute little cottage was totally redone summer of 2010. Super nice, perfect for 2 people. Looking for a great cottage getaway! This place will charm your sweetheart for ever and more.

Cottage is located one mile from Lake Michigan at 336 Big Bay. Lake view and access to Lake Macatawa in the Chippewa Resort Area. One bath (shower only), one bedroom with one double, and one hide-away bed, sleeps four. This small cottage is completely furnished including window air conditioning unit, microwave, dishwasher, DVD, cable TV, a deck with patio furniture and gas grill.<br><br>

Cancellation Policy

A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Deposit Policy

An advance payment of 50% is required if your arrival date is >30 days out. Balance of rent is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If your arrival date is in <30 days then FULL PAYMENT is required. If paying via check, you have seven (7) days for the check to reach our office; otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. The reservation deposit is NOT a damage deposit. SummerPlace Resort Properties does not require a damage deposit.

Monthly Rate: 1400 - 2884 per month
