Accidental Rental Damage Insurance $1500 Coverage - $45.00
All Seasons Travel Plan - 7.00%

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date forfeit 35% of the reservation deposit. Cancellations that are made within sixty (60) days of the check-in date forfeit the entire reservation deposit.
Any changes that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will not be penalized.
Any changes made within sixty (60) days of the check-in date that result in a shortened stay will not result in a refund unless Storybook Villa is able to be re-booked for the vacated dates reserved under the original reservation & rental agreement.
Any changes made within sixty (60) days of the check-in date that result in change of dates warrant loss of entire reservation deposit. Refund of the reservation deposit will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under the original reservation & rental agreement.
Any cancellation or change must be made in writing (fax or email acceptable).

Deposit Policy

Storybook Villa accepts payment by credit card only. We have found this payment method to be the best for both parties by simplifying the process and protecting everyone involved.

A Reservation Deposit in the amount of $400 is payable at time of booking and will be applied toward your rental balance once your reservation has been confirmed by the owner. You will be asked to pay the deposit by credit card at the end of this online booking process.

The Remaining Balance of rent and any other fees are due 30 days before your check-in date. If you are booking this within 30 days of arrival, the total amount is due at time of booking.

Rates

Daily Rate: 199 - 269 per night
Weekly Rate: 1390 - 1880 per week
