Another two bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo centrally located along Birch Bay Drive at Jacobs Landing for your enjoyment. This upper level condo has recently been refurbished and is spacious and comfy for you and your guests. The lower level bedroom has a day bed so it can sleep two or use it as a sitting area during the day. It also has a nice large deck that views the water and the San Juan Islands. The kitchen is roomy and well stocked. The living area has a TV, DVD, CD, wood burning fireplace and a deck that looks out over the water and some of the best sunsets you will ever see. Upstairs is the second bedroom and bath with a loft area looking out over the living room. While at Jacobs Landing be sure to use the indoor pool, hot tub, racquetball court, game room and also outdoor tennis.

| Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments. There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible. |
