The patio opens up onto a lush greenbelt with an unobstructed view. Decorated with light carpets, green & burgandy furniture you will feel very comfortable in your condo by the beach. A fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, microwave, vcr, stereo and much more for you and yours to enjoy. The bathroom does not have a tub but it does have a shower built for two (wink, wink, nudge, nudge). While staying at Jacobs Landing you will have full use of the indoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts and other property amenities. The sofa sectional makes out into not only 1 double sleeper but a twin one as well. One of our most popular 1 bedrooms you should reserve now to kick back, relax, and recharge the soul!! There is not telephone in this condo.

| Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments. There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible. |
