The kitchen is completely stocked with beautiful dishes for you to use (or just look at). The master bedroom is on the main floor, and has it''s own deck. Great for sipping coffee in the early morning, or the whole family to sit around the table for a BBQ dinner. There is also an additional deck off the livingroom that has a straight on water view. You will also have access to the clubhouse located at the back of Jacobs Landing. Including the indoor pool (heated to 87 degrees, incase that bay water is too cold for you), hot tub, kids game room, and racketball court. | Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date will be refunded only for the dates that are re-booked, less the normal cancellation fee and booking fee. If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments. There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible. |
