This brand new custom home is the perfect place for your vacation!! This house is located right off Birch Bay Drive. It has beautiful water views of the San juan Islands from almost every room (including the master bathroom). As you walk through the front door there is a very tastefully decorated livingroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Around the corner is the 1st of 4 bedrooms. This bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom right next door.On this floor there is also a mudroom with a sink to wash off sand and dirt from the outside. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms. The ''kid''s'' room had a set of bunk beds and a loft for playing. The master bedroom is right across the hall. This room is great! It has a king size bed, and great big windows, so that you can awake to that wonderful view. It is a partial loft so that you can look down on the livingroom, with big barn doors that you can close for privacy. The master bathroom has beautiful tile on the floor and in the shower. There is also a skylight above the sink so that you can see the water while brushing your teeth (or in the shower). If you go all the way downstairs to the daylight basement you will find another bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. There is also a family room with a pool table, TV, DVD/VCR, and the owners keep a closet with plenty of games for the kids. This room also have it''s own entry door. Right outside is a beautifully landscaped garden(the lavendar smells wonderful in the spring and summer) and hand-laid stone. The custom details in this house, like hardwood floors,granite and tile work, and stone patios and walkways, give this house the ''Luxury'' feeling that it was designed for. Whether you come to Birch Bay to relax, retreat, gather with family, or see our famous sunsets, you will love this house!!

If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments. There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible. |
