Centrally located on property you are close to both the water or the clubhouse. The new owner of this unit has put in all new furniture including a brand new couch that has an inflatable air mattress on the sofa sleeper. You will not feel like you are sleeping on the couch sleeper. The mattresses have also been replaced with extra cushy brand new ones. Reserve ths condo before someone else does!!

If we are not able to re-book your stay you will not be refunded any portion of your rental payments. There will be no refund or adjustments for late check-in, early departure, weather conditions, family emergency or dissatisfaction. In the event a guest is dissatisfied with a property they should notify the front desk immediately as the sole responsibility of Vacationville Birch Bay is to correct any situation as soon as practically possible. |
Deposit Policy Vacationville Birch Bay requires a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation to confirm. Your credit card will be charged the 25% deposit immediately following credit card approval. Please review our Cancellation Policy prior to making this reservation. |
