Cancellation within 60 days of booked date will be charged 50% of rental fee. Cancellations within 30 days of booked date will be subject to full charge of rental. Guest security deposit will be refunded.

50% of payment due on booking. Remainder of balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit is charged to the credit card and refunded with two weeks of check out and upon inspection of premises for damage or missing items.
