Park at the edge of the field where does and their young fawns are frequently seen and walk through a lovely flower garden on the way down to the house at the waters edge.

Flowers, herbs and salad makings (raspberries & strawberries as well in season) are there for guests'' enjoyment. At low tide there is a long white sandy beach for sunbathing and for kids to play. Find sand dollars and starfish, dig clams, gather oysters, or go fishing! Sunrise, moonrise - truly a spectacular spot!

This is a very private property, with 842'' of waterfront and the house located about halfway. The nearest neighbours are not visible. The neighbour to the south is over 300 feet from the property line and the neighbour to the north is about 300 meters and across the road from the property.

BC Ferries reservations are recommended

The owners of the Cortes Island Boathouse welcome a maximum of 4 adult guests, either 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children.

June-Sept; Christmas, New Years, Spring Break, Easter & all other Stat Holidays: $2200/wk. {1-4 guests}
Apr., May, Oct .: $1600/wk. {1-4 guests} - rate does not apply to stat holidays
$70/person/wk. for 5th and 6th child

Cancellation Policy

If the Renter cancels a confirmed rental, the Renter is liable for the full rental payment, booking fee and accommodation tax. If Great Spots! re-rents the Property, Great Spots! will refund to the Renter the lesser of (i) the rental payment received on the re-rental of the Property or (ii) the rental payment paid by the Renter, less a cancellation fee of 15% of the rental payment. Great Spots! will return the accommodation tax and the security deposit (if applicable) in either event. No credit or refund is issued should the Renter arrive late or depart early.



TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Travel Insurance is available at 7% of your total and offered through Travel Guard All Seasons Travel Insurance. Deposit Policy

You are welcome to pay by Personal Cheque [Canadian only and must be certified if reservation is to start within 3 weeks of making your reservation], Interac e-Transfer, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express [3% credit card fee applies if choosing credit card payment option].

The following is required to confirm your reservation:

(a) for bookings made more than 6 weeks before the start of the rental, the following is required:
40% of the total is due at time of booking;
The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental - if paying by cheque, please post-date balance payment accordingly;

You have 5 days from the date of booking to confirm your reservation. If we have not received your fully executed booking agreement and all required payments within that time, we will release the property for rental to others.

(b) for bookings made less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental:
Payment in full is required [if paying by cheque, please use current date]

If the rental is to begin within 3 weeks of the date you make your reservation with Great Spots!, full payment is due at the time of reserving, only Interac e-Transfer, Money Order, Certified Cheque [Canadian only], or Credit Card payment accepted [3% credit card fee applies to credit card payment option] thank you.
