Located out the back door there is a walled in backyard with dinning table.

Deposit Policy DEPOSIT POLICY No charge against your credit card will apply if any of the following items are not met. No damage is done to unit or its contents No charges are incurred due to collection of rents or services rendered during the stay All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and run. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure No linens, towels are lost or damaged No early check-in or late checkout Parking passes/remote control is left inside the unit on the kitchen table upon departure Optional Insurance is available on the site for $45 that covers $1500 accidental damage. please see disclaimer. PET ADDENDUM All PETS must be approved prior to arrival. I have a pet fee of $100 Non-refundable deposit. No pets on the couch or beds, up to $150 additional fee for excessive pet clean up. There is a $200 pet fee if a pet is found in the unit without permission. Resident has read, understands, and agrees to abide by all applicable house policies pertaining to pets. That the pet will be allowed out of the pet owner\'s unit or yard only under the complete control of a responsible human companion and on a hand-held leash or in a pet carrier.
