This protected place offers us the opportunity to viscerally sink into a hopeful vision of a sustainable future and offers us a new definition of luxurious that is far more nourishing in its earthly elegance.

Visitors to Channel Rock experience a feeling of abundance that comes with the beauty, nourishment, comfort, deep community and closeness to the natural world.

The Cob House has a full kitchen and lots of seating for eating together, games, reading etc.

The Venture House sits overlooking the garden with 3 single beds or one king and one single upstairs with a private full-bath in the downstairs. The downstairs living space can also be used as workshop space, or as additional sleeping space.

The Robyn''s Nest is a lovely cabin perched on a bluff with panoramic views. 2 queen beds and one single.

The Baby Yurt is a cozy nest for one couple or 2-3 singles that sits behind the garden. Very centrally located.

The Pottery Studio is perfect for one couple or 2 singles. Centrally located.

The Sky Parlor is located in an private a frame that sits above the computer lab, wood shop and studio space. A cozy hide away in central location. 1-3 singles.

The Big Yurt is located on a bluff. The big yurt has exceptional panoramic views and is a hiker''s dream accommodation. Queen bed and the option of additional single beds.

The Pony Barn has 2 singles or a king bed in a converted pony palace. Centrally located.

The Tipis E Channel Rock''s two large tipis each sleep up to four people.

The Upper Tipi is near Robyn''s Nest and is well-suited for bluff-loving campers. The Lower Tipi is more centrally located at the base of the garden near the South Beach. This is a favourite of families with children.

The Apple Tree Tent A big room tent in our heritage garden with 2 beds. Very centrally located.

There are nine Tent Platforms throughout the eco-village, each with a spacious tent for sole occupancy, or double if you prefer. Outfitted with luxurious mattresses, duvets and bedding. This option is a favourite of guests seeking the privacy and closeness to nature of camping with the comforts of a well appointed bedrooms.<br><br>

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed reservations are non-refundable.

However, in the event of a cancellation, Cortes Island Vacation Rentals will attempt to re-rent the property, and if successful, Cortes Island Vacation Rentals will refund the Guest money in full, less a 10% cancellation fee. A proportionate refund will apply if the property is re-booked for only a part of the Guest\'s reserved time. If the property is not re-rented, CIVR will retain all payments.

No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures.

If, for any reason, the Owner cancels a confirmed reservation of the Property or the Property is rendered uninhabitable, other than as a result of a default by the Guest or an invitee of the Guest, the Owner will refund to the Guest the reservation payment paid by the Guest. Cortes Island Vacation Rentals will make reasonable efforts to find another property represented by Cortes Island Vacation Rentals for use by the Guest.

Neither the Owner or Cortes Island Vacation Rentals will be liable in any way to the Guest in the event of a cancellation of a confirmed booking, other than as expressly set forth in this paragraph, and the Guests\' damages or claims shall be limited to the return of funds paid.


Deposit Policy

For reservations made more than 60 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total rental amount is due upon booking. A receipt will be sent by email with confirmation of payment of the deposit, also indicating the balance due.

For reservations made within 60 days of the arrival date, 100% of the total rental amount is due upon booking. A receipt will be sent by email with confirmation of payment.
