Cancellation Policy

All reservations are subject to a 21 day cancellation policy - you must cancel at least 21 days prior to the start date of your reservation to receive a 100% refund. If a booking is canceled less than 21 days prior to the reservation start date, the entire amount of reservation (not including security deposit/cleaning fee) is non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

To reserve a property, a deposit of 50% of Total Rental Amount Due is required, in addition to your acknowledgment of the terms and conditions/rules below. The balance of Rental Amount Due is to be paid in full one week prior to your stay. Security Deposits will not be charged unless deemed necessary after checkout per the Rules and Regulations.

Rates

Daily Rate: 200 - 450 per night
Weekly Rate: 1100 - 1300 per week
