The Nani Kai Hale is a recently built (2006), spacious (2,500+ SF) 3 bed, 3 bath centrally air-conditioned direct beachfront home on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii with over 300 linear feet of beach frontage and panoramic ocean & mountain views.

The Nani Kai Hale features a complete, large and open, modern kitchen with brand new cabinetry and granite countertops, a breakfast bar, sealed top stainless steel stove/range, built-in stainless steel microwave, stainless steel side by side refrigerator with water & ice, dishwasher, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. The living areas are light and airy with 2-story vaulted ceilings.

The upstairs living room offers commanding views of the entire Hauula Bay and Koolau mountain range & features rich brown leather sofas, two queen size futons with 8” mattresses, large flat screen cable television, wi-fi high speed internet router, full bathroom with garden tub, recessed lighting, and tropical ceiling fans.

On the main level of the home there are three bedrooms (one master suite), a laundry closet with complimentary heavy duty capacity washer & dryer and a hall bath. All three bathrooms feature deep garden-style bathtubs, travertine stone work, granite counter tops, & luxury details too rich to describe.

Two of the three bedrooms have ultra-thick, extra plush pillow top queen size beds. The Master Suite has an ultra-thick, extra plush pillow top king size bed. The house can sleep up to twelve (12) guests utilizing the queen size futons in the upstairs living area.

The Nani Kai Hale offers unparalleled luxury beachfront. Enjoy relaxing on your expansive beachfront wrap-around deck overlooking Hauula Bay just 40 feet away. On the yard level we have a stone BBQ pit, tiled sun-deck with chaise lounge chairs, & private six person hot tub.

Watch spectacular sunrises while soaking in your private beachfront hot tub, stroll down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some great snorkeling and swimming or take our ocean kayaks out for some adventure. Close by are world famous North Shore attractions such as the Hauula hiking trails & preserve, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort & Golf, Brigham Young University, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the last unspoiled ''Hawaiian'' style towns on Oahu. All our properties are located in the fishing town of Hauula on the North Shore of Oahu near the Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay, Kualoa Ranch, and many other wonderful Oahu attractions. We are approximately 1 hour from Honolulu International Airport; where the Ko''olau Mountains touch the Pacific Ocean. Although we are “away from it all” we do have the Hauula Kai shopping center a short walk/drive away which has a large grocery store and several restaurants.

Our rural community of single family homes, small shops, and quaint restaurants is very different from the high rise retail/ tourist centers of Waikiki & Ko''olina. With hiking trails and unspoiled beaches, we offer a glimpse of the Oahu of yesteryear with convenient access to the night life and modern pleasures of Honolulu & Waikiki.

If you want to escape the crowds and discover a quieter and more peaceful alternative to the hotel and resort scene then Hale Ko''olau is perfect for you. Although our rentals are entirely self-catering we do have someone available on-site every day from 10am to 6pm to answer questions, give suggestions on where to go and what to do, or to just talk story.

Cancellation Policy

Once the balance has been paid and there is a cancellation within thirty (30) days prior to arrival we will refund fifty percent (50%) of what we can recover by re-renting the property. We reserve the right to offer and re-rent the property for less than the amount you have paid by offering a last-minute discount or incentive. We highly encourage guests to procure travel insurance via a provider of your choice.

Deposit Policy

We require a non-refundable 25% deposit to hold all reservations. The balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Transient Accommodations License #W94877676-01.
