One For The Money is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. The bathrooms are all attached to the bedrooms. One bedroom on the first floor and 3 on the second floor.
The house is on its own and not part of a complex. It has its own PRIVATE pool and parking for 3/4 cars.
The kitchen is well fitted with fridge freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. There is a large washing machine and dryer with an iron and ironing board. There is a large flat TV in the den, as well as TV''s in every bedroom.
There is a balcony off the den and a balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms. It has air conditioning and ceiling fans through out.
The house sleeps up to 12 persons.
The house is just a short walk to the fantastic beach.
The property also has internet connection and a new laminate flooring to the downstairs part of the house.There is a stairway to the rear of the house leading down to the pool.
The pool is serviced on a regular basis during the season,it is not shared.

| Cancellation Policy A sixty (60) day notice is required for all cancellations. All cancellations will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee. If the cancellation request is received more than sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled arrival date AND ALP is able to re-rent the Unit, the Initial Deposit will be returned less the $250 cancellation fee and the Damage Deposit. If ALP is unable to re-rent the Unit, the Initial Deposit will be forfeited and the Guest will be charged the additional $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests or changes to a reservation that result in a shortened stay made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of $250, as well as forfeiture of the Initial Deposit and Damage Deposit |
Deposit Policy All rates are cash rates and funds are in US Dollars. An advance payment equal to a) 25% of the rental rate plus b) the Damage Deposit is due at the time of reservation (the “Initial Deposit”). The Initial Deposit will be applied toward the total rental amount. Payments can be made in the form of a credit card, traveler\'s check, bank money order, cashier\'s check or personal check, or online payment via IPN. A fee of $75 will be charged if a personal check is returned for insufficient funds. The balance of the total rental amount, including any additional deposits required to be paid hereunder (the “Final Balance”) is due sixty (60) days prior to the Date of Arrival. If you wish to pay the Final Balance via credit card, a 3% surcharge will be added to the Final Balance |
