Policies

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy has both a seven (7) and thirty (30) day cancellation policy. Any reservations cancelled inside of 30 days will forfeit your 50% deposit for the stay. These funds can be used for a future visit in the same calender year. Inside of 7 days the entire deposit will be forfeited. These funds may not be used for future stays.

Deposit Policy

50% of your rate, plus the $125.00 departure cleaning fee is due at time of reservation. The remaining balance of your fees associated with your unit will be due one week prior to arrival. Each stay also has a Mandatory $20 per night Club Access Fee added to your rate. This fee provides complimentary access to the Club\'s Fitness,Tennis, and Bocce Facilities, High Speed Internet, unlimited Long Distance phone service,Daily Newspaper as well as allows for access at a fee for Golf , Dining, or Spa Services.
