The Garden Condo is located on the ground floor with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and a terrace with a spacious garden. HIRA G1 is appointed with everything you need for a long term stay. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ample closet space with organizers, AC with temperature control and a 32" TV. There is a large private ensuite bathroom which two people can easily share. The master bedroom also has a locking safe to store away your valuables. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, very large closet with organizer, separate AC with temperature control. Here again, you will find an ensuite bathroom.
The contemporary kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counters and double sink. Stacking washer and dryer are situated directly off the kitchen in a utility closet.
This condos is located within the world famous Gran Bahia Principe Resort. Guests of this condo are issued a resident Access Letter that offers you discounts on golf at the Mayan Riviera Golf Club. Discounts on all inclusive day passes at the resort. On site you will find complimentary daily yoga classes, salt water lap pools and an exercise room. There is also a lovely infinity pool with the golf course peeking through the jungle.

| Cancellation Policy Cancellation within 60 days of booked date will be charged 50% of rental fee. Cancellations within 30 days of booked date will be subject to full charge of rental. Guest security deposit will be refunded. |
Deposit Policy 50% of payment due on booking. Remainder of balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit is charged to the credit card and refunded with two weeks of check out and upon inspection of premises for damage or missing items. |
