The elegant house, situated in the silence of nature, stands on top of a small country hill surrounded by sunflowers, corn and olive-trees. It is ideal destination for people who love relaxing under the shadow of a panoramic porch, by a swimming pool or in a finnish sauna, after a day as a tourist in the green heart of italy.
The Cottage is situated near to important historic and cultural centres as Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Orvieto, Deruta, famous for its ceramics, Gubbio, Spello and the Trasimeno Lake.
Finished to build just on December 2005, the Cottage degli Ulivi shows itself like a real country house of warm sunny colours with its large porches, beams and the tyipical plain style of the internal fournishing.
The Cottage stands on three levels:
First Floor: The hall, with fireplace and satellite tv, is next to the large country kitchen, provided itself with fireplace. Both of them faces a cool and shady porch with panoramic view on the swimming pool and on the surrounding countryside.
Furthermore, there are two double-rooms on the first floor, with toulipiè furniture and wrought iron beds, two bathrooms each provided with shower.
Second Floor: There are two single-rooms, a sharing-room and a bathroom with shower.
Ground Floor: There is a relaxed area. Here you can enjoy the benefits of the Finnish sauna, relax yourself on a deck-chair made of rattan, train in the gym, use the mountain bikes at your disposal to cycle through free paths or enjoy yourself playing table-tennis.
Also at the Cottage guest’s disposal: Swimming pool and adjacent toilettes, barbecue; satellite colour TV; indipendent heating; internal parkplace with electric gate; washing-mashine; dishwasher; hair-dryer; micro-waves oven; iron; bath- and bed-linen ; kitchen utensils and kitchen-linen, air condition.

- we could organize a special dinner on your request at the Cottage. You can choose between many of our typical dishes, such as fresh handmade pasta with ragù sauce, wild boar with torta al testo,grilled meat, pizza, wine of the area and much more..

Additional Rate and Deposit Information
Caution Money: 200,00 € on the arrival
On booking 30% of total amount is requested.Payment by bank transfer or credit card
Balance: 30 days before the arrival
Cancellation: In case of cancellation of a reservation already confirmed, the following compensation will be guaranteed: 40% of the total amount of the holiday - if the cancellation will be made between 29 and 15 days before the presumed arrival. 20% of the total amount of the holiday - if the cancellation will be made between 14 and 0 days before the presumed arrival. In case of cancellation before the balance, the deposit- equivalent to 30%- will be kept.
