This privately owned villa is situated on an established residential development called Santa Cruz with a mixture of permanent and short stay residents. There are only 71 houses in this neighbourhood. There are several golf courses in close proximity

Our beautiful "home from home" has three bedrooms and a larger than average private screened swimming pool (heating optional). It is situated in the tranquil community of Santa Cruz, located just 10 minutes drive from Disney. It is the perfect location to unwind by the pool after a hectic day at the theme parks.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Prices are fully inclusive of all bed linen, towels, electric and taxes.

Pool/Spa Heating, which is gas is an additional £90.00 / US$175.00 per week.

A deposit of £150.00 / US$250.00 is required to secure the booking and a refundable security deposit of £150.00 / US$250.00 is also required upon final payment which is due 6 weeks prior to departure.

The minimum booking period is 5 nights. Supplements apply for bookings of less than 7 nights. Payment is accepted by cash/cheque or credit card via Paypal (credit card charge may apply)
