Located at St. Catherine and Peel Streets in the heart of downtown Montreal, the Holland Hotel occupies the entire 4th floor of the historic Holland building.
The 3,500 sq. ft space was completely re-designed with a bold décor that features optical illusions, textured walls, inspirational type, and materials of wood, exposed brick and glass to create an intriguing, inspiring and relaxing atmosphere. Accessible by private elevator, this 4-suite loft hotel (part of the Suite Loft collection by Simplissimmo) also features M4 sound-proofed walls, factory-size windows, exposed brick, private elevator, LED lighting, conference space, and much more.
Hotel Suites
Located along an eye-catching brick corridor with baseboard lighting, the Holland Hotel offers a total of 4 luxuriously designed, en-suite hotel rooms. Each room features 12-foot ceilings with recessed lighting, king-size beds with memory foam mattresses, smart flatscreen TVs and linear work spaces.
Living Area
Across original hardwood flooring, a spacious, open-concept living area of industrial character features a mix of classic and avant-garde furniture. The massive factory-style windows that look directly onto St. Catherine Street mean lots of light for the roomy salon, with stylish sofas and 70” smart TV, complete with wireless home-theater sound system.
Kitchen & Dining
The fully-equipped and fully-stocked kitchen has been completely customized with fitted European-style cabinetry and modular island block with granite countertop that holds a double cut-out industrial sink. Opposite the kitchen, a stunningly hand-crafted, massive oak dining table allows seating for up to 10 people.
Conference Room
The Loft also features a luminous conference room that can seat up to 15, with adjustable track lighting and 60” smart flatscreen TV. The sophisticated lobby entrance lined with contemporary accent chairs contains a powder room with high-end stackable washer/dryer for guests.

The Holland Hotel project is part of the main commercial strip on Saint Catherine Street and includes elevator, and ground-floor retail shopping.
