Quinta do Mato Serrao is a small and peaceful private development, consisting of 11 luxury self catering apartments( 1 T0, 6 T1 and 4 T2 ) surrounded by a beautiful garden with regional trees and palm trees, with two pools and barbeque area.

No expense has been spared in the construction of this two villas as it consists of one and two bedroom apartments from 110 sqm. to 160 sqm. All the apartments have a private access and beautiful sea views.
The apartments are very spacious. The T2 have two bedrooms and two bathroom/shower, and a very spacious living room with dining area.Some have jacuzzi type bathrooms.
The single bedroom T1 apartments are of the same high standard, with separate living room and dining area.All the studio apartments are with separate-kitchen, and some of them have a living room with a staircase to the sleeping area.
They all have fully fitted kitchens, terrace or balcony, satellite TV, and safe for hire.
These lovely self catering apartments, some of them with spectacular sea views from the private terrace or balcony, are the ideal place to offer you a nice and relaxing holiday.
A and of sun and sea, the Algarve region possesses the natural and climatic conditions to make it a perfect destination for your holiday.

Rental Policy

Our service: cleaning 2 x weekly, changing bedsheets 1 x weekly, changing towels 2 x weekly.
For common use we have 3 washing machines and 3 tumble dryers.
Attention: The 3rd and 5th person in the T1 and T2 apartments sleep in an extra bed.Extra beds cost 10 € per night, babybeds are free of charge.

Payment is usually accepted in Euros, unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.Prices are subject to alterations without previous advice, VAT included.
Payment condition - 25% upon confirmation of the reservation. The balance will be paid six weeks upon arrival.
We only accept payments by banktransfer and cash. Just last minute bookings can have different payment condititons. In cases of special costs for banktransfers the client have to take care of it.
