21 QdA enjoys an enviable position in the SW corner of select development built in the mid 90s and now with beautiful mature gardens that complement the pretty pool area. Private garden and terraces afford stunning views over the village rooftops.

Stairs lead up from the villas entrance hall to a light, spacious living/dining room. Large windows afford a wonderful view over the garden and village roof tops to the rolling countryside a mile beyond which lies the sea.
A French window opens onto a south and west facing paved terrace, a great place for al fresco dining or to sit with a drink and watch the spectacular sunsets. External stairs lead down to the attractive, private garden with lawn, flower beds, its own lemon tree and a further paved dining area with barbecue. The living room has a very efficient log burning stove for cooler days and has a T.V., video, DVD , C.D. player and radio.
The new and fully fitted kitchen leads off the living area and looks over the pool and gardens to the front of the villa. It is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dish washer, fridge/freezer and washing machine /tumble drier. There is also an upstairs cloakroom with W.C. and basin.
Downstairs, the 2 double bedrooms (one with full en-suite) have sliding doors giving access to the garden. The 3rd. bedroom is a generous sized twin and looks out over the front gardens. There is a separate shower room with toilet, basin and a huge shower.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard and is air conditioned - a great bonus in the heat of the summer. In addition to towels and linen we now include beach towels, as airline luggage allowance is at a premium .
