Property Details
Our apartment is on the first floor of a four year old condominium. It is a one bedroom flat that sleeps up to four people comfortably. It has pool views and a balcony with BBQ. The decor is typically Portuguese in that it has tiled floors and white washed walls which have a cooling effect on your arrival. Black out shutters have also been fitted .
Living room with views to the pool
The spacious living room looks out over the back of the condo towards the pool. There is a TV and DVD player and a comfortable pull down double bed. The balcony has room for a table and two chairs , nice to relax with a cool drink after a hard days sunbathing , and there is also a BBQ.
The Dining Area
The simple dining area is off the main living room and consists of a table and four chairs, there is also an electric heater if required.
The Bedroom
The good sized bedroom offers twin single beds, mirror, heater and a huge double wardrobe with hangers and drawers , there is also another double wardrobe in the small hallway .
The Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen incorporates all you would expect from a modern home Fridge/Freezer ,Microwave ,coffee maker ,washing machine etc as well as a full set of crockery ,cuttlery ,pots ,pans even an ironing board in fact most things you would have at home .
General
The condominium has a swimming pool with free sun loungers and a small shower , there are also toilet and washroom facilities at the poolside . Access to the pool is either from the front of the building or through the underground parking area reachable via the elevator .There is also controlled entry system with video call in place , this is operated by the intercom at the front door .
Rental Policy
Payment
Payment to be made by cheque , billing address will be given on booking .
Deposit
There will be a £200.00 breakage and damage deposit which is refundable on return .
Payment Terms
30%on booking and 70%six weeks before rental .
There will be one maid service included on arrival . Welcome packs are available on request . Airport transfers are also available on request . All prices are based on a weekly rental .
