SmArt is a beautiful apartment at the third floor in the same building of Chromotherapy and Cà 5393 Orange.
It has been completely renewed, and is large enough to sleep up to 7 people really confortably.

It is composed by: entrance, two bedrooms, a big living room with sofa beds, a large american kitchen, an a bathroom with shower.
SmArt is very bright and offers a unique view over the canal Rio della Panada and on the venetian roofs, offering our Guests a unique sight of Venice according to a high level of privacy.
Moreover, SmArt is studded with posters of famous paintings of Gustav Klimt, that give a "Secessionist" touch to the walls of this confortable and clever house.

Arrival Times

from 2:30pm to 6pm; check - out 8-10am.arrivals after 6pm and departures before 8am pay an extra fee of 50,00€.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

prices per week, from 1 to 4 people. each extra guest, up to 7, pay 10€/night more.
Booking deposit required: 30% oft he rent.

linen towels and charges included in the rates for weekly stays.

CLEANING FEE: 50€.

damage deposit refundable: 200€
