The apartment consists of two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Rent one bedroom or take the entire apartment. Among the amenities are air conditioning and heating; as well as daily maid service. A new and fully-equipped kitchen is available to guests with coffee/tea making facilities, toaster, microwave and refrigerator. (Please note that due to Roman law, guests may not use the kitchen to make a full meal). There is a dining room and a lovely terrace equipped with table and chairs. Nearby parking is available for a small fee. For those staying 7 nights or more, there are special discounts and a complimentary shuttle from or to the airport/train station. Children under 4, sharing a room with parents, are free.
The owners live nearby and are available for advice and, if necessary, emergencies.
Rental Policy
Full payment due at time of booking. If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival - full refund, less $25 administrative fee per booking. If cancelled 29-0 days prior to arrival - NO REFUND.
