Art and sculptures magically come to life and create a sense of peace and escape.
The living room has a large screen TV, a DVD player, a digital cable converter with 200 local and international TV and music channels, an i-Pod ready stereo, an oversized couch big enough for
5 that can also be used as a queen-size bed, a sofa-chair perfect for reading, a coffe table and low solid wodden stools.
Wall size windows allow plenty of light during the day, and an open view of trees and modern buildings.
Super bright white mirror-like floors reflect the sky from every angle.
KITCHEN
The American kictchen is extremely streamlined to allow full functionality while occuping the smallest possible space.
Built in pure Travertino Romano, the only marble used throught this loft, this kitchen is pure efficiency and elegance.
A bar allows 4 people to dine, or can be used to set up drinks for a cocktail party. The ultra-modern white stools blend with the ambiance and combine decor and comfort.
The refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher are placed inside the cabinets underneath the counter, invisible unless required.
A flat black electric top cooktop is discretely carved in the counter and looks like a small flat screen TV. There is also an American coffee maker and a blender.
All dishes and utensils are bright and orange in color to create a stark and colorful contrast.
3 BEDROOMS
two bedrooms have king size beds, indonesian furniture and decor to keep the mood flowing, along with recessed ambient lighting.
one bedroom has a queen size bed and the same asian decoration and theme found throughout the apartment. this bedroom also has a private bathroom and a 7-ft glass wall separating the shower from the bedroom itself - room with a view!
the master bedroom has a private movie theater designed to enjoy videos on an enormous 100-inch high-resolution screen at 4,300 lumens, immersed by a dedicated sound system while in a king size bed. truly amazing.
all three bedrooms have mattresses of the finest quality along with high-count pure cotton sheets and powerful air conditioning to guarantee total comfort year round.
the couch in the living room is bigger than a queen size bed. up to 8 people can easily be accommodated in this loft. rates may vary.
2 FULL BATHROOMS
There are two full bathrooms. One exclusive to one bedroom, and one accessible from all other rooms.
The private bathroom is built in marble and has a large shower visible from one bedroom. A huge mirror and recessed lighting make your time in this room peaceful, comforting, and refreshing.
The second bathroom, common to the other living spaces, is built in original Bahian Stone, has a bathtub big enough for two, large mirrors and recesed lighting.
Both bathrooms have high water pressure and continuous hot water.
