Dos Palmas is a new home designed for those who wish to relax in a luxurious beach front home. It is perfect for a honeymoon, two couples looking to find paradise or a family. Our beach is pristine, white sand with a gentle slope into the ocean.
Property Details
Completed in February 2009, Dos Palmas was named after and inspired by the sophistication of Frank Sinatra's Palm Springs home. Our home, like Frank's was, is a place for friends to gather and enjoy. You will feel at home in the luxurious surroundings including an infinity pool and two well-appointed guest suites all with ocean views and right on the beach.
Dos Palmas has two air conditioned suites, a brand new state of the art kitchen, satellite television, wireless internet plus a stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers.
The upstairs master offers views to the ocean from the shower on the mountain side all the way through the suite. There is a king size bed and a living area with a couch that could sleep one. Relax with coffee on the deck in the morning or a cocktail at sunset.
The lower suite has a well sized bedroom with a king size bed. Walk directly out your ocean side door to enjoy the deck or slip gently into the pool.
Each suite is air conditioned as well as having its own bathroom and shower. The rooms are equiuped with flat panel televisions and satellite cable.
The infinity pool is surrounded by lawn ready for bocci, croquet or frisbee. All is less than a stones throw from the Pacific Ocean.
Troncones offers many activities and they are all within walking distance. Fish, surf, swim or just hang out with the locals. You will never forget this magical place. . . Troncones.
Rental Policy
Rates include taxes, maid service (except Sunday) and wi-fi. Air conditioning is $10/day per bedroom. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Maximum capacity is six people.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
A 50% deposit is required within five (5) days of booking to secure reservation dates. The balance plus a $500 refundable damage deposit is due thirty (30) days before arrival date. A cancellation refund will be made sixty (60) days prior to arrival date. Deposits and rent will be forfeited for cancellations made less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date. All holiday reservation deposits will be forfeited. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
