It is placed on the ground floor in the brand new row house on the side opposite the pool. The bungalow's furniture and equipments are also new. There is a view of the swimming pool. A closed parking place belongs to the bungalow.
The bungalow is located in the city of Torrevieja, at 1 km from the centre, 500 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach.
Alicante international airport (ALC) is at 40 km, the port 45 km, the railway station 50 km. You can hire a car at the airport, but there is bus service too. Please ask my rep for airport pick-up if so, she can arrange it (for about 50 EUR) with a 5 persons car.
The bungalow consist of:
upstairs: two bedrooms (one bedrom with a double bed for 2 persons, the other one with a two-floored, expandable bed for 3 persons), bathroom, terrace
downstairs: living-dining room (with an expandable sofa), kitchen, place for the car in the garden
