Property Description

The house is in Torrevieja, at 2 km from the centre of the city, in a garden suburb, in a defended living group of summerhouses. The patio opens to the inside yard, where the swimming pool lays, with deep water and a separated pool for children.

Property Details

The house is three floored, 200 m2 in total + 2 big terrace on the 2nd floor + the patio (with entrance from one of the living room). There is room for maximum 6 adults and 8 children (youngs). The indicated prices pertain up to this strength. If the rep experience added persons living in the house, the tenant must pay 50 EUR per person per day for the time of the rental.

The house consist of:
Second floor: 2 bedrooms with 1-1 sunny terrace, bathroom with WC and bath
First floor: 1 bedroom, american style kitchen-dining room-living room, bathroom with shower and WC, exit to the big, ground floor terrace
Basement: 1 bedroom (with 1 single and 1 double bed), living room (where five persons /children/ can sleep leisurely) - both for youngs.

Amenities: TV with satellite, video, Hifi equipment, refrigerator wit big freezer, electric hot-plate, 27 part Gourmet dish set, microvave oven, water boiler, coffee maker (espresso), toaster, dishwasher, dish-, plate and cutlery set, covers and pillows (bedding linen can be loaned from the rep), iron with stand, washing machine.

Within 600 m: supermarket (Mercadona), 0-24 h store, restaurants, bus stop, filling station, the Torre Del Moro tower and park.

The sea is 400 m from the house, there are sandy strands in both directions, at 800 and 1500 m.

High season: 1 May - 30 September, 15 December - 15 January, and the Easter
Low season: any other time
Minimum stay: 1 week
