The House is located in the Biscayne corridor approximately 8 miles (or 15 minutes) north of downtown Miami, 11.6 miles (or 19 minutes) northwest of South Beach, and 8.4 miles (18 minutes) south of Aventura Mall. The MiMo district along Biscayne Blvd and the Design District are nearby.

Rental Policy

$500 security/damage deposit is required to secure reservation along with a copy of either your US driver’s license or passport.

Arrival Times

Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out may be at anytime on the departure date as long as the house is not rented for the next day. If so check-out will need to be around noon.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Cancellation 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit is forfeited. Less than 15 days, 100% of the deposit is forfeited.

We will need your arrival time so will know at what time someone should be waiting for you at the house with the key.

Please call upon arrival at Miami International Airport at 786/877-3077 so we can be sure to be on time meeting you at the house.

Personal Shopper – If you need groceries, please supply a list of items that you require (you will be charged for such items).

$75.00 cleaning charge due at the end of the stay.
