Heritage House is perfectly located in the Laurentians, at Tremblant, minutes from the quaint shops of St-Jovite and the combined skiing capital of Tremblant, Mont Blanc and Grey Rocks. The Chalet is rented on short terms:minimum 2 nights.

Property Details

Our chalet is a 3 years old, five star wonderfully bright, luxurious and comfortable home, located only a ten minute drive from the ski capital of the Laurentians, and only five minutes from the quaint village of St-Jovite.

It is nestled high in the secluded hills of "Villa des Bois", on 1.5 acres of private forest. The home is 2,400 square feet of modern, opened spaces, cathedral ceilings, and "walls of glass" where you may bask in sunshine (or in moonlight), all year round, while taking in the stunning view and the mature trees all around. It has 4 very large bedrooms, 3 full washrooms, 5 deck and a large screened-in porch. It is fully equipped to receive 8 adults very conformably, which is the maximum number that may occupy the chalet.

The dining room is large and the table expands to easily accommodate an entire group of guests at a time. It gives onto a large deck and the screened porch. The kitchen is bright and fully equipped. It has most staples that you may need: spices, sugar, flour, Soya, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, etc.

The chalet is four bedrooms (including the loft), 3 washrooms, includes towels, linens, all paper products, internet access, computer, fax. It offers incredible swimming of the prime waterfront lot on the entire lake. Villa des Bois is a top class, controlled development in an exquisite, natural, mountain setting, quietly tucked away from all the action at Tremblant, . . . but still only minutes away.

Rental Policy

May not be used to host receptions. A majority of the adults must be over 25 years of age. Deposits paid (or owing) at time of cancellation are forfeited. May not be cancelled 30 days or fewer before arrival date.

Arrival Times

Arrival: 5p.m. Departure: 11am - May be extended if cleaning not required immediately before or after.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Deposit Policy: A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm a reservation. Visa, check, bank transfers are accepted. The final payment is payable 30 days before arrival. Security Deposit Policy: A security deposit of $350 is required on a Visa authorisation 30 days before arrival. GST and QST is additional.
